Artist Talk: Margret Eicher in Conversation with Dr. Ingrid Pfeiffer

Galerie Monica Ruppert is pleased to invite you to an artist talk with Margret Eicher and Dr. Ingrid Pfeiffer, curator at the SCHIRN Kunsthalle Frankfurt.

The conversation will focus on Margret Eicher’s exhibition THE AGE OF STYX and her artistic practice at the intersection of digital image culture, textile production and historical narrative forms. Together, the artist and curator will discuss questions of image circulation, mythology, political imagery and the role of tapestry as a contemporary medium.

The talk offers deeper insight into the conceptual background of the exhibition and provides space for exchange and discussion.
