Fables of Modernity is a series of work that re-imagines the authenticity of an individual's perception towards identity and culture of home. It examines the perception of a machine towards the artists' culture and tradition of his hometown, and how it infuses traditional aspects with computational methodologies of thinking and perceptualizing the term of home.
During this residency, the artist aims to experiment with different mediums such as the implementations of GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), Generative Design, AI, and Sound Design to execute the research. An expected outcome of this residency would be an installation of home showcasing inputs of datas and images, alongside computational poetry and literature.
With an anchor towards a new form of experimental approach in his practice, this will be his first solo presentation revolving around the usage of creative technologies and how the artist combines his usual perspective of home and culture towards a new form of medium.
