Lesan says “Intuitive abstract art represents a wonderful visual language to process and express emotions beyond words. The colors and images in my mind are often influenced by nature and emotion. In this collection, I use earthy, gritty organic mixed media to communicate the emotional bittersweetness of life.”
About Samantha Lesan:
After years of providing trauma-informed care within crisis & recovery centers, Samantha witnessed that art making was therapeutic to both clients and to herself. She now facilitates Art for Healing workshops to develop emotional resilience after hardship in a lovely, supportive environment.
