Join us in The Studio Theater on March 6, 2025, at 6 pm as Artists-in-Residence Amber Cowan and Daniel Coyle present a lecture on their residencies at The Studio. Cowan's work is comprised of collected antique glass elements and comes to life through flameworking, hot sculpting, and glassblowing. Central to her practice is the use of recycled, upcycled, and second-life American pressed glass and industrial scrap to create works that captivate viewers with their unrestrained repetition of familiar imagery rendered both strange and new.
Recognized for his material mastery and generous collaborative approach, Coyle is a leading light in today's functional flameworking community!
Reservations for this event are not required. This lecture is free and open to the public.
