This staff-led gallery conversation focuses on Lorenzo Vitturi, a Venice-born artist now based in London. Trained as a cinema set painter, Vitturi began building ephemeral sculptures from market materials using discarded objects, dyed fabrics, and found textures. He photographs these constructions just before they disappear. His work blends memory, movement, and cultural exchange into a vivid, tactile language.Featured in "Glasstress Boca Raton 2025":
– "Fractal En Camino #2" (2024), composed of bamboo silk, wool, Peruvian yarns, and Murano glass. The piece suggests a shifting map of valleys and rivers, a place where heritages overlap and coexist. Layered materials reflect encounters between cultures and invite us to imagine landscapes that move beyond borders, rooted in both the local and the shared.
