Join us in Carleton Place for an exclusive Sourdough Masterclass. Immerse yourself in the world of artisanal baking and learn techniques handed down through generations. Chef Burcu’s classes are hands-on and everyone works individually. You will create your own bread and take home what you make in every class. You will also learn techniques to carry you beyond this class that will help build your confidence and increase your chances of success when you go and recreate these recipes on your own or apply the techniques to other baking recipes.
Chef Burcu is so excited to be hosting a hands-on in person Artisanal Sourdough Bread Baking Class in Carleton Place at her own Blue Spoon Atelier! Burcu is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School and has over 18 years professional baking experience as Chef and over 4 years’ experience teaching students of all ages locally in Ottawa.
