A fun hands-on three-hour class experience where you will get an in-depth understanding on how to make artisan breads with our in house bread baker Brigitte. In this class you will be shown the skill of bread baking, learn how to use different flours and added ingredients to create amazing breads at home.
You will be taught easy ways of dough proving and extra tricks and tips to make bread baking easier.
You will make wholesome rolls and a loaf to take home.
Informal and fun, but genuinely useful for those looking to upgrade their baking skills, this class is held at UnserHaus showroom in the centre of Parnell. Refreshments included.
