
About this Event
The main aim of this conference is to explore the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Human Intelligence, not only in developing capabilities to effectively respond to the fast moving development in AI, but also by providing critical support for improving the human capital development and advancement.
Following WASD successful 22nd Sustainability Annual Conference "Accelerate the pace of the United Nations' Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) implementation at half-way to its finishing line" at the Palais des Nations – Geneva (22-25 July 2024), we invite all stakeholders including universities to join us in this global conference to explore innovative strategies, collaborative initiatives, and transformative approaches that empower educational leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders to accelerate progress towards a sustainable future.
The conference will focus, but not limited on these key areas:
- Discuss and explore the similarities, differences, advantages and disadvantages of AI and human intelligence.
- Conceptual frameworks for responding to the challenges of AI to human intelligence, by focusing on governance mechanisms that can moderate this relationship.
- Address the fundamental concerns that needs to be addressed–whether the public’s understanding of AI’s relevance will endure and strengthen in order to combat future sustainability problems.
- Countries specific case studies are particularly welcome showing the effective adoption and use of AI applications to eventually help countries achieve the UN’s 17 SDGs.
