Join us at Great Yarmouth Town Hall for a fascinating talk with Great Yarmouth Heritage Guides.This talk looks at popular culture using the career of the clown involved in the Yarmouth Suspension Bridge disaster. Specifically, it looks at his stunt (geese and a washing tub) and its popularity, role of clowning in the 19th Century circus and pantomime.
