About this Event
The Procurement Act 2023, which comes into effect on on 24th February 2025, significantly changes the rules surrounding public procurement.
Contracting Authorities will need to comply with the new rules in respect to public procurements commencing after this date. In this regard both contracting authorities and suppliers will need to be aware of the changes introduced and practical consequences of the new requirements.
