3) Create your own unique tea blend to sip on during the workshop
4) Engage in a tea-centered mindfulness practice With Marissa Fike, clinical mental health counselor, formally trained tea artist, and owner of her small online tea shop, Full Cup Therapy.
Age:12-adult, No prior experience is required.
What is tea blending? Tea blending is the art and science of combining different types of tea leaves, herbs, spices, and other botanicals to create unique flavor profiles and to achieve desired health benefits.
This workshop will take place at Edison Hills, 127 W. Broad Street, Cookeville, Tn from 5:00-6:30pm on Thursday, April 24th, 2025.
