Cost: free; registration requiredGet ready to observe, chat, and move with art! In this webinar, students ( grades K–3) will look carefully at a work of art through facilitated exploration. Then, they will breathe, stretch, and flow through a guided mindful movement. Each month has its own theme and focuses on a different work of art.
These sessions are perfect for families, homeschool groups, virtual schools, or teachers who may want to review a recording with their students after the live session. Everyone who registers gets a link to the recording. Each session includes American Sign Language interpretation.
We present this webinar in partnership with Create Calm, a nonprofit focused on mindfulness-based behavioral health education.
