One of my best ways to detach from the world and become engulfed in my imagination is through craft. Since childhood, I have used craft as a way of being with myself and getting lost. The moment you begin to tell yourself, it’s not about being good or bad, but that it’s your own expression, is the moment you can fully enjoy getting crafty without any expectation.
Come along to this gentle craft session, cultivating mindfulness and getting creative!
