$80.00A Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Art Workshop
with Owl’s Nest Co. (Michelle Mailloux)
Date: February 22
Description
Channeling Energy with Clay is a small-group, trauma-informed therapeutic art experience that invites you to slow down and reconnect with your body through clay. Guided discussion and sensory exploration support awareness of how energy and emotion are held in the body, offering a gentle pathway for somatic release.
The focus of this workshop is on process rather than product, encouraging non-verbal expression, nervous system regulation, and letting go. Held in a safe, supportive, and contained group environment, the session emphasizes choice, care, and attunement. Participants often leave feeling more grounded, present, and connected to themselves.
What You’ll Experience
