Art practices for your creative spirit.
This workshop will help you develop a connection to the themes of the chakra centers with creative practices.
We are made up of energy that flows through the body. The seven major chakras are energetic centers that run along the spine and correspond to specific nerve bundles and internal organs that affect our emotional and physical well-being.
Learn your unique relationship to this ancient system to gain awareness of the themes and blocks of your life. With art practices, we'll invite creativity to embody and express your unique understanding.
Combining self-awareness and somatic creativity can unlock the wisdom of your subconscious and energetic body.
Gain a deeper sense of balance and tools to navigate healing your energetic field with playful intuitive practices this summer!
You will take home art to mark what you learned about your unique energy and aura.

- Heart-opening yoga poses, meditation, and journaling.

- Exploring the Throat Chakra's connection to self-expressionand the significance of the Third Eye Chakra.
- Art Practice: Vision writing and manifesting drawing.
