Do you want to make boards that accommodate all the diets and sensitivities in your family or friend group? This class is for you. Come learn how to create artful boards through various layering techniques, fun cuts that allow you to create everything from fans, to flowers, to spheres; you’ll also learn to pair certain items together to enhance flavors and bring unity to each board. After learning all of the techniques, you will create your own board using a white plate as a canvas that shows off your style. Chef Katy will be there while you create your board to offer advice and assist you throughout the process!
