Join artist Gianne de Genevraye as she teaches a Level 1 class for pastel painting. This class is for beginners to intermediate participants. This workshop will include exercises demonstrating basic pastel techniques, a discussion on light and shadow, directional light, primary color, and finally, a simple negative space concept. A still life drawing incorporating these techniques will be commented by Gianne at the end of class.Saturday, January 10, from 9:30 am-12 pm. This workshop is sold out.
Fee: $37.90 per participant. All materials required for this class are provided. Available to adults and guests as young as 12 with an accompanying adult. Workshop fees are nonrefundable within 10 days prior to event.
