Your 6-12 year old student will be experimenting with the endless possibilities of art at Summer Art Camp!About this Event
Experimentation is an incredibly important part of the artistic process! In this camp we are starting the creative process with making the paper that students will use to create thier projects. Then we will explore different techniques of experimental art-- spatter painting, dots and spots, spiral art, and abstract painting like Jackson Pollock. At the end of the camp your student will have their very own book they can bring home to mark this step in their artistic journey!
Important information
- Summer Camps run Monday-Thursday
- Class size limited to 10 students
- Time is 8:00am-12noon
- Supplies included in cost of Camp
- Materials are nontoxic
- Please provide a snack for your student
- Wear comfortable clothes that are okay to get dirty
- Teachers are professional artists and experienced instructors
