Come visit the Art Walk on July 6th from 2-8 PM at The Oak Cliff Assembly!
The Art Walk is an annual event that provides a platform for over 100 local artists to showcase their work in a non-traditional setting, free from the burden of gallery costs and fees! There will be music, food, drinks and open doors for a chance to explore campus and see who has moved in. :)

The Oak Cliff Assembly is owned and managed by Proxy Properties, a real estate group established in 2010 focused on restoring and revitalizing historical buildings. Our team is based in Oak Cliff, and we all love this city and neighborhood!
The Oak Cliff Assembly was originally zoned as 'townhomes' until Proxy's team worked for 18 months to change the zoning to 'commercial retail' to preserve the theater space and create space for local entrepreneurs and creatives. The Oak Cliff Assembly now a campus for 23 creatives and entrepreneurs, the literary arts nonprofit Apprentice, Thoughts and Days photography studio, a potential space for a coffee shop, and the theater space. Our hope is come Fall, the theater space can be used more for performing arts and programming! So be in the look out. ?
We are so thankful to have the literary arts nonprofit, Apprentice, on campus! Apprentice, a 501c3 nonprofit, empowers aspiring writers and artists in Dallas, Texas, by bridging the gap between emerging talent and established creatives. They provide affordable coworking memberships for creatives, free education programs to the public, and inclusive community events. As a hub for the literary and creative community in Dallas, Apprentice provides mentorship opportunities and resources to nurture creativity, foster growth, and cultivate a thriving literary and creative arts scene.
They will have their doors open at the Art Walk, so please don’t be shy to explore the campus and learn how to be a part. ?
