Calling in a Freeze is a reflective Reiki and art-making experience designed to help you process what needs to be frozen, released, or gently set aside during the winter season.
Through guided Reiki meditation and intuitive art-making, participants will explore themes of letting go, protection, and renewal. Using symbolic materials — such as cool tones, natural elements, and layered textures — you’ll create a visual representation of the emotions, patterns, or memories you wish to place in stillness. This process opens a sanctuary for abundance and new growth to emerge with the coming spring.
This workshop is a sacred opportunity to connect with your inner rhythm, honor cycles of rest and rebirth, and create art as ritual for transformation. All materials and gentle guidance are provided — no art experience needed, only a willingness to listen to your inner winter.
