ABOUT THE TEACHER:
I believe creativity is a powerful tool for healing, and my own journey with art is what led me to this work. My passion is to help women connect with their emotions, creating a safe space where you can process your feelings with confidence and compassion rather than pushing them away. My work is rooted in my Christian faith and my belief in the power of a relationship with the Lord to bring about lasting healing and peace.
As a licensed art therapist and professional counselor (ATR/LPC), my approach is both relational and compassionate. Through engaging with various art materials, we'll work together to express what words can't, explore your inner world, and build self-awareness to help you find a deeper sense of peace.
