Art Therapy Information Session and Workshop with Adaptive Mending

Join us for an information evening filled with creativity and self-restoration at Rita & Frank Creative Studios.

This session is run Mara Santander, a professional Art Therapist specialising in self-worth, personal growth and emotional development, as well as working within the Women's Mental Wellbeing space.
