Art therapy is a form of therapy that utilizes the creative process of making art to improve and enhance mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Sessions include talking alongside art-making to help kids & teens explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences through various art mediums. This free series of weekly art therapy sessions open to kids and teens ages 6 to 17 (with written parental consent) is offeredy by Art Therapy Studio and is facilitated by a trained and licensed art therapist who has expertise in both psychology and art.
