This workshop will take place on May 28 and 29 from 6pm to 8pm on both days at the LMU Center for the Arts in Cumberland Gap, TN and virtually on Zoom.
Has the world been a bit too stressful lately? Come participate in this workshop with Savannah Campbell, assistant professor of psychology at Lincoln Memorial University. This 2-day workshop involves learning about various expressive art therapies that can offer benefits to assisting with mental health. This workshop will include several demonstrations of these art pathways. So, take a moment and join us in person or virtually for this workshop.
This workshop is for participants ages 18 and up.

This workshop is being held in person at the LMU Center for the Arts in Cumberland Gap, Tennessee, as well as virtually on Zoom.
