Art Workshop + Sound Bath
You can book in for one activity or both!
5-6.30pm Mindful Art Workshop
This guided creative session with Lucy will gently lead you into self-expression through meditative art practices. You'll be supported in letting go of perfection, tuning into the present moment, and allowing your creativity to unfold naturally. Each session will be using a variety of mediums from print, textile to experimental sculptural techniques. No art experience needed!
7-8pm Immersive Sound Bath
Step out of the ordinary and into the cinema screen where you will experience a guided meditation and immersive live sound bath in a cinema seat with Lottie & Jo, local creatives and sound practitioners. Allow the gentle tones of the gong, crystal & tibetan bowls, and healing instruments to carry you into deep stillness. Just sitting in comfy chairs, breathing, and listening. Limited laying down spots available, when booking ensure you reserve laying down spot.
Please arrive 10 minutes early as we will begin promptly at 7pm. Come comfortable and bring anything with you that will make you comfy i.e blanket, neck cushion, and water.
Sit. Listen. Be still.

Casting Workshop: Nature & Personal Object Impressions
Building on the success of our Nature Casting Workshop from our Wellbeing Day, we’re bringing it back — with a twist! Whether you missed out last time or simply want to have another go, this relaxed, hands-on session is for you.
Over the course of this 1.5-hour workshop, you’ll take part in a few short creative activities to help us ground into the space before diving into clay casting. You’ll experiment with clay, creating impressions using either foraged natural materials or small objects that hold personal meaning.
You can also mix it up by combining natural and personal items to create something completely unique.
Once you’ve made your design, we’ll pour plaster into your mould to form a one-of-a-kind cast — a beautiful, tactile keepsake that captures your chosen textures and shapes.
What to bring:
We encourage you to bring along a few small personal objects that are meaningful to you — something with an interesting texture, pattern, or shape. This could be a piece of jewellery, a button, a shell, a key, or any small keepsake you’d like to capture in your cast.
No experience is needed, just curiosity and creativity. Come and enjoy a mindful, sensory activity where you can slow down, play, and make something truly special.
