Join us for a fabulously fun 5-hour heART and Sound therapy retreat! We’ll kick off the day with a stunning landscape needle felting adventure led by the talented Helen Murphy. @craftnaturally
Then, it’s time for a well-deserved tea break. Next, get your creative juices flowing as you dive into painting of our magnificent black bear under the expert guidance of local artist Caroline Liggett - www.carolineliggett.com
After lunch, our fabulous hostess Karen Kobel from @kahlenamovement will send us off on a blissful note with an hour of meditation and a soothing crystal bowl sound bath. You’ll leave feeling like a refreshed and artfully blissed-out superstar!
