wholesoul

As featured by Strings Magazine and WQXR, is a group of string players who explore the full range of sound textures that a string quartet can produce. Having studied at prestigious institutions such as Juilliard, New England Conservatory and The Peabody Institute, their sound is unparalleled. Don’t hold their classical background against them; they're not your typical quartet.

"wholesoul is the vanguard for the next generation of string quartets. Our debut EP 'Cosmic Upcycle' exemplifies our vision for string playing of the 21st century; as musicians we are dedicated to preserving the legacy of string playing and securing its place in the future of music. Founded in 2022, we've already had the opportunity to work with some of the most notable artists of our time. You can currently hear us on Hozier's EP 'Eat Your Young', which made the Billboard Top 100 music charts with over 50 million streams in it's first month and Jennifer Lopez's Prime Video documentary 'The Greatest Love Story Never Told'. Other collaborators include Australian pop/soul sensation grentperez and the illustrious electronic producer/violinist Bad Snacks."
