Join us for the 5th Annual Art Seen Festival where we invite YOU to pick up a brush and help us paint our next community mural! All ages and abilities are welcome to help us create on Saturday 05/31 from 10am-5pm at Grace A. Dow Memorial Library, during their Summer Reading Kick Off event!! During this time you can also enjoy live music from The Blue Light and a free public art project you can be a part of from Public Arts Midland!There is no cost to participate in these activities, plus more from the library!
About the festival:
Art Seen Festival seeks to strengthen our Midland County, Michigan, community through vibrant mural making and live performances. Accessible public art is a meaningful way to connect people to feel seen, heard, and included.
Art inspires us and propels us forward while bringing voice to diverse experiences, and people. Art is a catalyst for belonging, and supports a community where all people have the opportunity to thrive.
