What It's About
Art Sanctuary is a community art and music event rooted in hip-hop culture — where local artists and dancers connect to create something real for Fort Wayne. We're gathering to groove, build, and give back. Entry requires a donation, and every contribution helps fill care packages that will be distributed throughout the winter to those in need.
What to Expect
• Live performances by local artists & dancers
• Vendors & creatives from across the city
• Community energy, art, and rhythm all night long
• Care-package packing & donation drives
• Opportunities to volunteer and connect
Donation Guidelines
Bring new or unused items for entry - no cash donations accepted.
Accepted items include:
• Warm essentials (socks, gloves, beanies)
• Non-perishable food or bottled water
• Hygiene & health items (soap, wipes, deodorant, toothbrushes)
• Comfort goods (blankets, hand warmers, tissues)
All items will be collected at the door and distributed directly by volunteers throughout the winter months.

About the Event
Vendor Partnership
$50 Vendor Spot - Your full vendor fee funds one large bin of care-package supplies that Art Saturated will purchase and fill with:
• Warm essentials (socks, gloves, beanies)
• Food & water
• Hygiene kits
• Health & comfort items
Each bin directly supports individuals and families in need across Fort Wayne this winter.
Vendor Details
• Setup Time: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Event Hours: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Location: Indoors at The Greenhaus (bring your own table & setup)
• Visibility: Vendors receive multiple shout-outs and community visibility throughout the night
• Limited spots available - first come, first served
