About this Event
Calling art lovers, community members and practicing artists alike: please join us for a new discussion series to spice up your fall. For five weeks starting October 14, Gallery 263 board member Steven Miller will facilitate informal discussions ranging from art’s role in society and artistic creation to the methods, purpose, and impact of art on our personal lives.
This series is free and open to all, with a suggested donation of $10 / discussion to support the gallery’s nonprofit operations. Feel free to pop in for one week, or join all: October 14 (Art), October 28 (Artists & Creators), November 4 (Art World Middlemen), November 11 (Viewers & Audiences), and November 18 (Art & Society). Attendance is limited to 20, please register in advance to participate in one or all of the Tuesday evening sessions.
