A therapeutic art experience that truly centres around self-expression and creative play. Art on the Dancefloor is a trinity of The Arts- art, music and dance. We create a safe and non-judgemental space that encourages participants to trust their own instincts, ideas, and creative choices. You will be guided through a journey of self discovery through art and dance, experiencing the true nature of freedom as we let go of self-limiting beliefs. Embrace joy and curiosity with UV painting in free flow and build trust with self by learning about setting appropriate boundaries with UV drawing as a mindful practice.
We honour your own pace, preferences, and comfort level in selecting art techniques and moving around the space. The focus is on your subjective experience and meaning-making rather than on external interpretations. You will be supported in using art and intuitive dance as tools for personal growth, self-expression, and self-discovery. We celebrate unique creative expressions, fostering a sense of empowerment, self-esteem, and confidence. It's all about the process of creating rather than the end result, focusing on personal experience rather than comparing artwork to others'. A key focus is connecting to the music and allowing your body and mind to relax as spirit moves through you.

Art on the Dancefloor is held on the first Friday of every month (except June, July, and December).
