Art or property damage? The Zurich sprayer has been challenging this question since 1977. Currently he is having trouble with the Dance of Death in the Grossmünster Church in Zurich. For twenty years he has been drawing "The Primitive Cloud". Both works are his paths to utopia, his type of freedom. Harald Naegeli, now in his eighties, is suffering from cancer.
