Art of Self-Care Wednesdays 7:00-8:15pm

Join us for this amazing 4 week series to discover how to release limited beliefs and unsupportive habits by learning new supportive habits, routines, and nourishing techniques to help you live balanced and feel your best.
Each week will include a short discussion on a new form of self-care such as EFT Tapping, Somatic Movements, Spiritual bath/foot soaks, and Chakra Balancing to incorporate into our week. Then a practice of gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation utilizing the new self-care technique. Each class ends with a savasana and mini reiki healing.
