The Art of Flavour

Join us April 4 and savour the start of a new season with a 3-course dining experience with Chef Sam Valdivia of La Condessa. Beverage pairings will be presented by Fredric Picard of Huff Estates.

Art of Flavour is an eight-night fine dining series that blends culinary excellence with education. Each evening features a menu created by renowned guest chefs and executed by the chef and culinary students, paired with selections from local wineries. A winemaker will guide guests through the wine pairings, providing insights on the wines served. Proceeds from the event will support the Extraordinary Learning Fund, which provides Loyalist students with opportunities to take learning outside the classroom.
