Are you wondering how natural soap is made? Join me at this creative workshop Art of Cold Process Soap-making : Masterclass for beginners!
Learn the chemistry of natural soapmaking while exploring the art of colour. We’ll guide you through lye safety, blending oils, and working with colourful micas. Add one of several irresistible scents and use the colour blending technique of your choice to create your own multicoloured masterpieces!
This workshop is perfect for beginners and creative spirits alike, offering a hands-on experience that blends art and science.
The soaps you will create will be plant-based and vegan-friendly. You’ll make a batch of 6 full bars of natural soaps to keep and enjoy!

This is a cold process soap-making workshop and we will work with raw ingredients such plant oils and butters and use lye for saponification. There will be NO melt&pour soap bases, we will make all soaps from scratch in a traditional way.

During workshop Valeriia will handle lye herself, if you have any concerns you may find it beneficial to research this step in advance. Long sleeves and leg/feet cover will be a reasonable safety measures, the rest will be provided.

We will use many plant-based and food grade ingredients that are generally considered to be safe, but if you have any food allergies please let us know in prior. We will not use any nuts or nut oils, however we will use shea and coconut. We also do not use any glutenous ingredients in our soaps, but our studio may be exposed to gluten time to time.

Our scents are of a high quality and do not contain any known harsh chemicals, although you can skip this step and choose to stay scent-free.

For safety reasons, please make sure you will be wearing long sleeves and cover your legs and foot. All materials and tools will be provided, just bring your creativity and get ready for soapy fun!
