A Personal Development, Spiritual Awareness and Wellbeing Course - A small support group for helping with health and mental health throughout the pandemic.
According to the government guidelines and Public Health England, we can proudly offer online and physical support groups to help people through the pandemic.
This workshop is one of many to offer support to those that need it. It is important that we offer avenues for people to find mental health tools for their toolkit, find more sanctuary and safe spaces within themselves, as well as build strength and resilience, despite the outside circumstances.
The aim is for individuals to explore and learn easy to apply methods of becoming more aware of their reactions mentally and emotionally by understanding deeper spiritual aspects of their being enabling them to improve their wellbeing.

The Art of Being is a personal development and spiritual awareness course covering topics such as meditation, developing your extra senses such as clairsentience, healing methods, holistic energy bodywork, etc.
Designed around looking at all aspects of your being, from more traditional methods of psychic development, to recent ground-breaking ideas. This covers concepts such as meditation, developing extra senses such as clairsentience, healing methods, thought-creating, holistic energy bodywork and the idea that we are what we eat.
All these aspects will raise your awareness and in turn raise your energy or vibration and provide a deeper understanding of living a healthier and more "in tune" life.
Each week will be dedicated to a different aspect of development and awareness and will cover a similar format with a talk or demonstration and some form of energy work and meditations. The course has been designed in this way, to provide tools to facilitate an accelerated learning process.
Support group notes are provided together with recommended reading lists and additional course work, should anyone wish to do so.

The intention for this course is for individuals to learn new ways of bringing stillness, and a sense of peace and calm to their busy minds, through proven research based technique’s and principles.
Audience: For individuals course, who wish to have a greater understanding of how and why they are reacting to the environment around them, such as other people, certain situations or day to day tasks. To improve their awareness and ability to understand how they are feeling and reacting and why. This is for a small group for 6 people.
Please bring comfy clothes and your own drink (although mats can be easily provided if you don't own one).

Prepayment and registration is necessary for us to manage our attendee numbers (with Covid restrictions). If for any reason you cannot attend, then if you give us 48 hours notice, you can exchange your ticket for an alternative date. If you give us 1 weeks notice or more, you can get a full refund.

We guarantee that only 6 people or less will attend and social distancing rules will apply. All attendees will have an allocated space for the workshop, so you can feel safe to relax.
This easy and immersive workshop is for any level of meditator. It is not a physically demanding workshop. There are stairs however, above the shop to the workshop room, so unfortunately, the stairs are not disability friendly in that case.
