Join international yoga teacher and holistic art therapist Lara ZIlibowitz on a magical day retreat devoted to reclaiming your unique embodiment and soulful expression.Each session throughout the day will empower you to reconnect with your authentic self, which is your birthright. To awaken to the intuitive wisdom within YOU through movement, meditation, ritual and creative art techniques.
This is a not-to-be-missed invitation to journey with Lara and to drop deep down into the lusciousness of your body where your nervous system can unwind and your heart art can express.
Please know this retreat is for every body! No prior experience is needed and all levels of practitioner are welcome (including beginners!)

11am-1:30pm - Morning session -Opening circle, Blindfolded Yoga and Meditation Journey into reflective journaling exercises
1:30-2:30pm - Lunch (included in cost)
2:30-5:30pm - Afternoon session - Transfiguration processes, guided creative art journey, sharing and closing circle
