What is Art Lab?Art Lab takes students ages 6 - 16 on a guided tour through the current exhibition in The Galleries before heading into the lab to explore the artistic processes and subjects they viewed. Pre-registration and adult supervision are required.
Material Revelation - Come and experience the art of jewelry making by exploring everyday materials such as cardboard, paper, paint, and thread. Participants will be able to create a piece of jewelry to take home.
Art Labs are limited to 15 students.
Where is Art Lab?
At The Galleries at Cabarrus Arts Council in Downtown Concord, North Carolina. Specifically, The Courthouse Plaza and the Cabarrus Arts Council Lawn (65 Union Street South). Streets will be closed to traffic.
Is there a cost for attendees?
Yes. $5. Payment is required before the day of the event.
