This workshop is an invitation to slow down, step out of your head, and reconnect with yourself through simple, expressive art making. You do not need to be an artist or have any prior experience. Art journaling is about process, not perfection. It is a way to explore your thoughts and feelings using color, texture, and imagery when words alone are not enough.
You will be gently guided through a series of beginner friendly prompts designed to help you unwind, reflect, and express whatever is present for you in the moment. There is no pressure to share, no right or wrong outcome, and no expectations around how your page should look.
If you’ve joined us before, you’ll be able to tap into something new and possibly deeper. Every time you make art, you get something new.
