In Art Journaling torn scraps of paper are a valuable free material. We throw nothing away! scraps can be used to create unique pieces of ephemera. We will be creating self contained , small tear away notebooks today by styling piles of co ordinating papers, stapling or stitching them together and then adding ribbons or fabric scraps for a decorative element.
These mini notebooks can then be clipped onto pages or tucked into pockets within your journal as interactive elements.
You can use them as notebooks to write down private thoughts and reflections or the pages can be torn away to use them in your page layouts.
You will need to bring ........
Scrap paper pieces ( you should all have a good collection by now )
ribbons/ lace/ fabric scraps
A needle and thread if you wish to stitch your notebooks.
A stapler if you have one .
