Art Journaling can have an amazing, positive impact on your life as an artist or be used to put your thoughts down in a creative way. It’s a space where you can let loose and explore with colors, shapes, lines, new techniques and writing all at once. Some journals are more free-form and expressive, others are more of a “finished” art product.

Supply List:
• white gesso
• black gesso
• various acrylic paint colors
• various brushes
• matte medium
• soft gel medium
• various papers or pictures
• an art journal with mixed media paper (like the Canson 7x10 mixed media pad or the Strathmore 5.5x8.5 mixed media pad)
Cappie will have some extra "stuff" you can use in the workshop for a small fee. You can purchase her grab bag of goodies for $5.
