Here at FOWP, we celebrate our parks through the art that has been inspired by them. Join us for a one-of-a-kind show and Silent Auction. It’s your chance to own works by local artists inspired by our parks.
This year, our theme celebrates places Off the Beaten Path in Wilmington State Parks: Brandywine Park, Alapocas Run State Park, Rockford Park, H. Fletcher Brown State Park and Kentmere Parkway . All artwork must celebrate, depict or be inspired by out of the way places in any of the Wilmington State Parks or Alapocas Run State Park.
We will host an all Members Preview Party on Wednesday October 8th from 6:00 – 7:30pm. Join us for light refreshments and an opportunity to preview the auction and start the bidding. Members who attend the party are invited to register a maximum bid for their favorite pieces and FOWP volunteers will place those bids for them at the auction on Friday.
