Fees for Primary Tickets: The following fees apply to primary tickets sold on behalf of the event organiser: An Infrastructure Charge of up to 1.95% applies to tickets purchased online or via our contact centre only as a fee for providing our contact centre and ticketing platform. This will be added to the price of tickets displayed on our event page. A Handling Fee of $2.00 per ticket applies. An Eden Park Stadium Levy of $1.00 applies to each ticket. This levy contributes to the ongoing and future maintenance of Eden Park.A delivery fee may apply depending on the mode of delivery selected. Fees for Resale Tickets: Resale Tickets, sold by fans and verified by Ticketmaster, may be available for this event. A Resale Seller Fee of no more than 5% of the resale ticket price and a handling Fee of $8.00 per transaction apply to purchases of Resale Tickets.
Event Information:
Child Policy: Children aged 14 and under are permitted free but must still book a ticket. Up to 6 Children per 1 paying Adult. Children can attend on GA days only. Sessions Sessions are two hours long. Entry for each timed ticket session closes 30 minutes prior to the session end time. Your ticket will tell you during which times you can enter. For example, if your session is 9.30am-11.30am, entry for your ticket will close at 11am. If you arrive late for your booked session time you will risk being unable to enter the show. Queues Please note some short queues are to be expected on General Admission days. Peak visiting times are 11am-1pm. There are refreshments and sculptures to enjoy if there are queues! Re-Entry Your ticket is valid for re-entry at any time the days following your booked session. For example, if your session is booked at 11.30am-1.30pm on Saturday 21st, your ticket will be valid for re-entry the next day, Sunday 22nd, at any time from 9.30am-4pm.
