About this Event
Welcome to Art Healing!
Come join us for an evening of self exploration and gain a better understanding of yourself. Through the medium of art we will explore our unconscious processes and gain an insight of our inner world. We will engage in journalling to explore our thoughts further and help us make sense of our internal stressors. Throughout the evening we will explore some meditation practices to help check in with ourselves and reconnecting with our body, mind and soul.
An evening of creativity and relaxation at Stadium Business Park. No experience is necsessary just a willingness to try something new!
