This September, Universal Wellness Source of Roscoe Village presents City Expression, a solo exhibition by Chicago artist Ruth Pycke.
Featuring original works of art from Ruth's City Expression series, Dr. John Reuter of Universal Wellness Source of Roscoe Village could not be more excited to extend an open invite to Gallery Night being held at his office, 1902 W. Belmont Ave. Chicago, IL 60657 – Friday September 29, 2023 6:00-8:00 P.M.
Come enjoy community, light snacks and drinks, and the opportunity to meet and chat with the artist about her pieces on display for all to enjoy.
20% of all proceeds from art sales will be donated by the artist to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).
About Ruth Pycke
Ruth is an expressionist artist who focuses on city art, capturing sound, movement and the busyness of Chicago through line patterns. She started painting in 2020 and became a full time artist in 2021. When she paints a city, she focuses on more than just the buildings, she thinks about the people who live there and their stories. She has two beautiful boys and likes to live a quiet simple life.
About Dr. John Reuter:
Dr. John Reuter of Universal Wellness Source is a local chiropractor in Chicago’s Roscoe Village. He focuses on neurologic-based chiropractic care for your entire family and specializes in stem cell therapy for chronic pain and ailments.
Dr. John is a lover of art and has been a member of the Art Institute of Chicago for years. He wanted to do more to support and engage with his neighborhood of Roscoe Village and beyond to the greater Chicago metro area.
In that spirit he has put together a Community Outreach Art Exhibition Series featuring local artists from all over Chicago. Ruth's City Expression will be the eighth show at his chiropractic office.
