“Sam is a printmaker and visual artist based in South Norwood. His work is a thoughtful exploration of identity and form, drawing inspiration from nature, myth, his mixed British and Asian heritage, and the enduring principles of the Arts and Crafts movement. Process, materiality, and environmental sustainability have become increasingly vital to Sam’s practice, offering a necessary human presence in a world flooded with AI-generated "artwork". Recently, his focus has shifted to the changing of the seasons and the incorporation of colour, resulting in his first multi-layer reduction print in over 15 years. He is currently seeking to build more expressive and gestural mark-making into his supporting drawing practice.”

'“Anna is a Polish artist based in London, known for her vibrant and uplifting paintings that celebrate everyday joy and beauty. Born in Katowice, in Poland, Ania displayed a talent for art in early childhood. From the age of 10, she began to attend additional art classes and received tutor ing from a number of well-established Polish artists. At 13, she received her first oil paints from her father, and has worked in the medium for over 30 years now. She studied at Silesia University in Cieszyn, Poland, and obtained her art diploma in 2003 in the studio of Tadeusz Rus. Since moving to London in 2005, Ania’s paintings have been exhibited in numerous solo and joint exhibitions. Her work is on display with multiple galleries throughout the UK, and can be found in the homes of collectors across the country. She had a great pleasure to exhibit with Society of Women Artists at the Mall Galleries in London and with Chelsea Art Society at Chelsea Old Town Hall and she is frequently represented at Affordable Art Fair and Fresh Art Fair.”

“Joseph is a local photographer who explores abstraction using creative camera techniques. Drawing inspiration from a variety of subjects, his work emphasises movement, texture, and form. His photographs evoke stillness and curiosity — inviting viewers to look beyond the surface and engage with the subtitles of each scene.”

“I create typographic maps of London, originally hand drawn – so not quite sure what type of artist that makes me! Me On The Map is the creation of Mark Smith, combining his passion for typography, drawing and London living, to create maps that others can connect with as 'home'. Mark arrived in London in the 90s to study graphic design and illustration....and never left. Over 30 years later, South East London is still very much home. Originally hand drawn, our London borough maps show every area and customised to highlight where you live. Street maps are drawn to showcase every road, mews and green space in the area. These can be personalised to pinpoint where you live, who lives there, or the road you live on. So you can say, "That's me (or us!) on the map!"All maps are produced as high quality giclée prints, made to order in the UK.”
Janet Berry
“Janet graduated with a Contemporary Photography degree in 1997 and continues to produce topical work from heavy subject matters. Janet grew up on the border in Northern Ireland and has a very diplomatic view of the 'troubles'. She believes she was lucky to have the upbringing she did - growing up in a non-sectarian area and going to a mixed school. This is reflected throughout her work. Her empathy with the subject matter stems from a very personal experience. Janet currently lives and works in London as a Creative Producer in the advertising industry. She continues to explore her own photographic art practice.”

“I work in watercolour/acrylic/mixed media. My work flows between abstract and semi abstract styles dependent on the primary influence whether rural or urban. I use the landscape as a catalyst for personal expression.”

“I love to paint using water colour combined with other mediums. Most of my paintings are inspired by nature especially woodlands. I walk my dog in Crystal Palace park every day so I often take photographs and use those as a reference. I have always painted and enjoyed crafts and now I am more or less retired I have much more time to paint and occasionally experiment with new crafts such as candle making and soap making.”
