Using a variety of accessible art materials and a gentle awareness exercise, this session focuses on self-expression, mindfulness, and emotional wellbeing rather than producing a “perfect” artwork. It’s a welcoming space to slow down, reduce stress, and explore how art can support mental and emotional health.
