This class is a Four-Part Art and Wellness Series. Each class is designed to gently guide participants back into their bodies through slow, mindful creative practices. Session four: Art Journaling: Integrating Calm Through Reflection
In our final session, participants weave together paint, layering, imagery, and reflective writing to create meaningful journal spreads that capture insights from their own wellness and healing process. This workshop emphasizes establishing personal rituals for calm that extend beyond the classroom.
Each workshop explores a different art form—watercolor, mandala drawing, collage, and art journaling—as a pathway to settle the nervous system and reconnect with a sense of steadiness. Through intentional mark-making, grounding prompts, and spacious time to create, participants learn how art can help soften stress responses and cultivate a deeper feeling of calm and clarity.
Whether you attend one session or all four, each experience offers a welcoming environment to pause, breathe, and restore.
