Come support inclusive, community art at this multilayered holiday experience your whole family will enjoy! Kids of all ages are invited to make specialty holiday crafts with artists from Art for All (registration required), enjoy a Storytime, and peruse the gorgeous, award-winning children’s books from Barefoot Books (which will donate up to 50% of every purchase to support our work). You can also enjoy free, delicious, and conscientiously sourced food from Debra’s Natural Gourmet, all in the music-filled and festively decorated Barefoot Books. Don’t miss it! All ages welcome.
Note: Drop-ins are welcome; however, for holiday crafts, registration is requested by Monday, Dec. 2nd. Unfortunately, we cannot refund tickets after this date.
For anyone unable to join on Dec. 8, Barefoot Books invites Art for All supporters to come shop our shelves Monday, Dec.2 through Friday, Dec.6. Up to 50% of the proceeds from book purchases will benefit this amazing local nonprofit, all while bringing joy to the children in your life!
Barefoot Books is located at 23 Bradford Street, Floor 2. There is ample free parking.
About Art for All
Art for All (AfA) brings joy and strengthens community through the transformative power of art. We believe that fostering connections and engaging with art are essential to the well-being of individuals and the community as a whole.
Since its beginning in 2019, AfA has been dedicated to including people who feel disconnected and shut out of cultural opportunities whether due to disabilities, lack of finances or insecurity about making art. We have worked with dozens of local businesses, cultural organizations and town programs, made 7 collaborative public murals in West Concord and delivered hundreds of free and low cost workshops, resulting in over 100 exhibits and displays in local venues.
