Welcome to ......
Art Flow Monday, where we will be exploring how to release and let go of creative blocks , feelings of not being good enough at making art, and releasing any emotions that feel stuck in the body.
We will gather at Scott Hall Mills where I will meet you at the door and guide you to the studio. The main building will be closed so please do not arrive too early.
There there will be an introduction and some freeing art exercises. Movment and exploring the senses to raise your creative vibrations.
You will then have time to free make guided by a carefully selected sound track exploring your response to your body and the music through art making.
We will end with a sharing circle , before leaving with your new piece of art work.
The session is floor and wall based.
Please bring clean indoor footwear .
Any extra blankets and cushions for your comfort .
Please leave bags in your car so we can use as much space as possible .
There is a free parking outside and next to the studios. Give yourself time to find a parking space .
